Today’s labeling of chemical products has become increasingly more challenging with OSHA’s hazardous chemical labeling requirements, which ensure improved quality and consistency in the classification and labeling of all chemicals. Topflight can assist you with keeping your brand image sharp, while staying in compliance with both the Globally Harmonized System (GHS) as well as the British Standard (BS5609). Topflight can produce labels for a variety of demanding conditions such as corrosives, solvents, high temperatures, weather and UV exposure, and difficult adhesive surfaces. Every part is custom engineered to meet all requirements and regulations for your chemical application. In addition, Topflight has one of the largest selections of materials and constructions which already meet UL or CSA requirements for print durability and chemical resistance.
Expanded Content
Topflight expanded content labels provide an ideal solution to increasing required information in a limited label area. Whether incorporating a resealable hinged label or a multi-page booklet design, these labels can deliver three or more times the usable area of a standard, similarly sized label. Expanded content labels are ideal for providing mandatory compliance information, instruction, extensive cautionary indications and multilingual translations.
These flexible labeling solutions can be customized for a number of chemical applications, and all are produced on custom-built, dedicated equipment to ensure quality, performance, and positioning.

High Performance
Topflight can produce labels for a variety of demanding conditions such as high temperatures, corrosive solvents, weather and UV exposure, and difficult adhesive surfaces. Every part is custom engineered to meet all requirements and regulations for your chemical application.
In addition, Topflight has one of the largest selections of materials and constructions which already meet UL or CSA requirements to identify your product or chemical. Materials are available in a variety of finishes to provide the ideal match for any chemical composition, and can withstand temperatures up to 150°C.
Tagging & Tracking
Topflight Corporation offers many printing and stock options for chemical labeling which can withstand temperatures up to 540°C (1000°F), with most stocks being pre-approved for UL/CSA use, treated to withstand fluxes, solvents, cleaners, and saponifiers.
The ability to print multiple pieces of variable data on each label allows you more diverse functionality. Tagging products are also available for other applications, including inventory and RFID. RFID and security features can be added to Topflight tracking tags, as well as DNA markers for more precise verification.

Tamper Evident
Topflight has helped to develop a number of self-destructing constructions for various applications, including hazardous chemical compounds. With custom adhesives, these labels cannot be removed without leaving some sign of tampering, offering greater security, safety, and informational reliability.
Self-destructing labels can be created utilizing security slits, precise die configurations, patterned adhesive zones, or unique material constructions.
