• Eliminated corrugated and reduced overall packaging by more than 40% for those customers participating in our packaging reduction program.
• Reduced corrugated packaging weight from 275 lbs. to 200 lbs. for almost all corrugated, a savings of 27%.
• Waste reduction team tasked with finding ways to minimize manufacturing waste and reduce overall material usage.
