Prototyping

Topflight Corporation not only produces the highest quality, finished products, we can also generate single component prototypes, mockups, and proofs. Each prototype is fully functional and incorporates all design elements of the final part. Prototyping offers the flexibility of evaluating and changing a design without the requirement of changing tooling. All prototypes are produced with our laser processing system, providing identical parts for printed or unprinted faceplates, overlays, labels, subassemblies, and other components.

The prototypes are suitable for performance testing, environmental testing, graphics evaluation, and inspection. Any design configuration can be manufactured, including internally die-cut areas, and a variety of materials can be utilized. Die-cuts may be through the material or only to the liner. Depending on design specifics, as many as 25 prototype parts can be created quickly and economically for immediate evaluation.
